Do I have to go Canada immediately if I get the PR process approved? Because my GC process
here in USA also is getting started....

Why not!!! Start the Canadian PR too you can always apply for travel permit when your GC application is under process!

I am a permanent resident in Canada now. I was given a 10 month period to come to Canada after my PR application was approved.
