1) Univision streams it live HD .. it is free with excellent quality but unfortunately spanish commentary.. if you have no other options :) It wont stream semi/finals though.

2) Or Canadian channel cbc streams live for canada only. If you are in US, use 'Hola proxy plugin" or use some similar proxy for canada :)

3) There are some online streaming services - paid. Use that. Or smart way is to use "one month of free trial" subscription, and after one month cancel the subscription to avoid payment..

I have a cable tv that comes with my Internet Subscription but never used it. Most of the times I am on the go; I rely on online streaming media for live sports for soccer, football, basketball, hockey and MLB. Below are few links that might be useful:

As ANS mentioned, http://www.cbc.ca/sports-content/soccer/brazil2014/ has better streaming quaity. To use this follow:

i) Download Chrome if you don't have it and download AdBlocker extension to
Chrome.
ii) Down load Hola Better Internet, its a free vpn proxy and it's free + used by many
users.
iii) Open the link and click on hola extension icon on your top right of your browser
window --> Select Canadia.

if you have espn or fox soccer subscription at your home cable then you could download their apps from Apple Store or google play .....otherwise search through ustream or veetle,... you might be able to view few part of the games (coz links are scanned and removed due to copyright issue).

Guys I found app called Univision Deportes in google play store which streams live match on android phone and tabs. Its in spanish but high quality video. I guess they are streaming all group level match for free.
