My in-laws are visiting on tourist visa from Nepal. I want to take them to Niagara Falls on July 4th. But, I need your help to know if they can get Canadian visa from the border to visit Toronto and Montreal also. If they apply for visa now, it takes a month. But, it's already late so I wonder if they can apply on the border point in Niagara Falls. Any reply to experience or knowledge in this matter is highly appreciated. Thanks
