He got a job because there was a vacancy. He has the right degree for that position. The pervious editor left the job otherwise he would not have got the job. so that is what the news is all about. How much is the salary by the way?

100-150 thousand rupees per month. My guess. Few years back yuvaraj ghimire at Kantipur was getting around 100 thousand per month and car/driver etc, i knew from knowledgeable sources.
