Bellagio fountain show.. there are scheduling.. In summer may be 15 mins, other times may be 45 mins interval not sure though

Old Fremont Street.. Where you can see worlds largest LED screen.. Think about Pardes, the hindi movie.. LOL.. Zip line.. that's not the big one but still you can enjoy..
There is the inner waterslide inside hotel i heard in old downtown.. that will be fun..

if you just need a break..why are you going to chaotic las vegas..? You can got anywhere with nice weather..i am like you..dont know how to gamble (i only know how to play roulette) ....i would rather go to San Diego ...nice weather ..nice city.....its just me..its totally up to you...

Go to Hawaii and surf, the weather must be warm still, but in Vegas, winter starting already. But not sure what status you have here, they might check your visa in Hawaii.

If you are flying to hawaii it is like going to any other state. Only if you take a ship, you need to clear immigration while coming back.
