How about Kapilwastu?

@magorkhe1....The airport in Bhairahawa already got its tender passed and is set to be upgraded to international level by the year 2018. Prime Minister Sushil Koirala already inaugurated the event. Lumbini and Kapilavastu can be reached from Bhairahawa in just 20 minutes of drive. The entire Butwal-Bhairahawa-Lumbini region will become a metro region in near future if this airport is completed on time.
