I tried to contact Nepalese Embassy in USA for my MRP and they replied me back saying that my application is processing under Lot No#.... and Serial No#...
But I couldn't see my name in http://dopmofa.gov.np/mrp-status/missionwise.php in any ref No.
What's the difference between Lot No# and REf No?

I did get same response. I called them this morning and they told me my application is processed in lot # 9 and has already reached Nepal. Also, I was told passport department in Nepal will take 2 -3 weeks after they receive applications  to  publish names.
