I wanted to ask some pro developers regarding first couple of weeks at work. How does the first two weeks as a developer goes by? I heard, that first two weeks is easy and basically setting up development environment. What else is expected?

It could depend on company culture, your team, or in general people whom you work with; but if I were to generalize, expect to be handed some documentation, or links to their internal websites for further documentation, setting up environment like you said. Some getting to know you, and you getting to know the team-type-chit-chat, and explaining what the project or your tasks and expectations they may have upon you.
