Hi I am recently on opt status which will expire on July 2016. I am also married to Green Card holder but my priority date is May 2014.Not sure but as per the Visa Bulletin of August WILL TAKE Around 4-5 MONTHS .Anybody has idea about the upcoming movement on visa Bulletin .I have to maintain my legal status until I receive my GC. Question . Filing TPS will put me in Legal Status? Will I be able to adjust my status filing TPS? Do i need to inform my university that I am On TPS after it get approved? Any Help will be appreciated
