Does anyone know how long it takes to process at NSC these days? Website says within 4 months, but has anyone had experience with them lately. I need to go to Nepal (didn't apply for advance parole) very soon and don't know if I can promise I can be there within the required time. And please don't post the trackitt link here, that one shows a lot of fluctuation. Thanks,

Processing times vary widely based on a number of factors, including agency staffing and resource allocation, the aggregate numbers of applications received for processing, changing government priorities, and the legal and factual complexities of an individual application or petition.

When did you promise that you will be in Nepal (I don't think you will be able to go home at this Dashain :(. First you have to wait for your TPS to approved, and then you can apply for Advance Parole. I don't think it will be sooner than 4 months for both TPS and Travel Document combined. But regular time they says it 3 months each.
