You need destraction to distract you from negative things such as good comedy programs like family guy , jire khorsane , video games anything to distract your mind from negative thinking . Hope my few cent helps.

Try watching video like this once a day it will remove your negativeness and fill with fun and joy . our mind is really interesting thing if we want we can ignore and distract any negative things just have to give it try . I used to be smoker once and had teansion and negative thinking so I quit smoking and quit negative things by just playing few addicting video games and watching good movies and video you gotta at least give it try https://youtu.be/_cn_AYqWEGI

Stop judging yourself by standards set by others. You are your own answer to your own problems. You have to believe you are ok.
