Or,
If someone was in tourist visa. He got TPS. Now could he apply in college for undergrad? Could he change status to Student visa?

Milcha bro. You might even qualify for instate tuition fee. Ani masters sakiye pachi kam garna pani milcha.
Catch 22 >>>>>>> you can't apply for H1 or GC through work after all ur hardwork. You will have to marry a citizen or find another way. And in-case TPS doesn't get extended (it will get extended atleast a couple of times in my opinion), you are back to square one.

FYI.
As it stands now, a TPS holder who would like to apply for a green card (also known as legal permanent resident status) must have a basis to adjust. This means that someone cannot apply for a green card simply because they have been granted TPS. But for those who have a job willing to sponsor them, you are eligible to apply for adjustment, at least without any problems such as false claims of citizenship, certain criminal convictions, or other grounds for inadmissibility or removal.
i.e your company can apply for your green card if they are ready.

@cronaldo, its true only if the OP applied for TPS while in some form of status (F1 here). If he had been out of status for a while before applying for TPS, i dont think they let u adjust ur status.

Yes, of course.

I have known some people with TPS has joined STRATFORD UNIVERSITY around Baltimore and Virginia.

Very easy to enroll for Masters.

Try it. Good luck.

no requirement if you do not have a F1 status.
Even if you did have a F1 status ...you would qualify for reduced course load and thus be able to take online class I believe.
