Today is “Asar 15 - असार १५,” Dahi-Chiura is served to mark the start of rice/paddy plantation throughout Nepal.  Also celebrated as National Paddy Day.  This video will show you how to make Dahi-Chiura "दही-चिउरा," a delicious mix of Yogurt & Beaten Rice.
