Namaste, Has anyone travelled back to Nepal via Qatar airways? I can only find tickets with 45 minutes transit time and unsure that's enough to catch my next flight? Please share your experience. I appreciate it a lot.

45 minute window is extremely risky. If I were you, I would rather book a different flight.

Lahure bro, I have seen these days they don't let you enter into the layover airport instead they changed the connecting flight in the tarmac due to COVID. Call the airlines and make sure if thats the case.

I travelled to Nepal last November. I had 1 hr 15 min transit and I had more than enough time to catch flight to Nepal. I waited almost 45 min before I boarded the plane to nepal. My flight to Doha landed on time. It took less time to come out of plane as the crowd was less, but I was walking fast. And didnt wastage time in security.
