Republicans are in no mood to pass anything without strong border. And in all fairness, border situation is out of control. To be realistic, I don’t have much hope. Need some miracle now.

Senate already got the bill on March 22. Now the bill will go through sub-committees for hearing.

We all should understand one clear thing--Unlike in the past when Senate was controlled by Mitch, who never ever allowed any such bills to even register (forget about hearing debates, bipartisan compromise efforts), THIS TIME AT LEAST CAN COME FOR VOTING. Remember if tied together with DACA, not doing anything for DACA cost Republicans the House in the midterm 2018. It is not that easy for Republicans too! They know all these DACA TPS people are already working (nothing like amnesty), they have been living here for a long period of time. So, hope for the best!
