I tried to point out some of the points why nepalese are proving themselves to be the bad people in world. I received enough comments on that but hardly found any positive.
Many blamed me of being a negative thinker, many blamed me as a looser. Anyway, i am grateful to all of those why took some time to read my points and tried to give feedback. I would like to thank you all for your comments. Especially, i would like to thank Mr. Himali_Yatri. Thank you very much. At least you understood what i tried to say. At least you accepted that we have some very bad habbits. I got inspiration from you to brought a new title. You suggested me to write a book and keep this title. I am not sure i will write a book or not but i just wanted to brought another issue in discussion.

Yes! i say again in a different tone,, Nepali are one of the worst kind of people on earth no matter how many of them are ready to accept it. I know many people don't even like to hear this truth because they think themselves far better and good in everything. But, they are wrong. I would like to ask them why???? why??? and why??? Nepal is in this situation now???

2)Why there are strikes and Bandha's always?

5) Why the caste system is still there???
6)Why, there are riots and demonstrations for nothing???
7)Why we are 200 years behind then westerners??
8) Why can't we do the things differently??
9) Why can't we accept critisism?
10) Why do we like to hear that we are brave gurkhas?

darshandhinga, every country passes through its rough times. just like india once had a "raaaj" by britian, america had great depression. Similarly, Nepal is also going through its bad times. Hopefully it will improve, have faith. You talk like you are not proud of your motherland at all. Its a shame

I think Sitara has answered all your questions!!! This is world, and we are humans,and no human is perfect so you cant just generalize the bad things to one set of community. HOwever let me try to answer some of your questions:

You think Bush is a capable leader?? Name one capable leader who is not corrupt?

Because that is where the youth is.

hmm... in my family there is no caste system. although we are newars, we have bahun bhauju and bhinaju, we are even married to indians. So dont generalize...

>> Because it just is. Those things are hard to abolish completely. Segregation, in some way or another, is still in the U.S. It will take a LONG time to remove the caste system, but the attitude is changing. So it's all good.

>> For nothing? I think the riots occur for a purpose or a favorism of a cause that the more powerful person doesn't agree with.

7)Why we are 200 years behind then westerners??
>> Because of many factors:
A. We don't have an effective education system
B. The Rana era halted the growth (Economical, political) of Nepal
C. We haven't got an effective leader in the mainstream.

>> That's a generalized statement. I gladly accept criticism. It makes me better as a person and makes the quality of my work more effective and efficient.

After hearing all these, I think we should realize why Nepal is going through this so-called "Recession Era�. Nepalese, who talk but don�t do anything, people who can�t take �the bitter truth�, and the people who listens but can�t do anything (like me). But, I know we will get over it. There is a light after the end of tunnel�there is hope in Pandora�s Box�. There is sun after the rain� so, Nepalese people �CAN� and �WILL� overcome this downturn. We will have peace� we will learn to live in harmony.. we will be helping each other. I can see my Nepalese daju bhai & didi baini� from the Maoist to Army to Civilians holding their hand in hand singing and dancing form the Eastern Mechi to the Western Mahakali.
