mr.banerjee...that pre-history wow !! some old teachers are still very much around...remember rita miss ? punt? is still very much the principal yeah..other old teachers...ojhh raj sir, sunira miss yeah they still around...i miss the food more than anything !! oh ho the samosa and the gool beda ko achar oho i am not getting started on brihaspati cuisine !!

hey guys am not from 48 batch but i gave my slc in 51(nepali date)anyway i still miss school!i do remember havin a crush on a mam her name was pinky miss,,,,she was really beautiful!and of course who could forget anand gurung(punte),,,,sunira miss(she was a real good bio teacher),,well i still do remember john sir(as i was in the hostel my entire school time)he was a real character,,once a guy went to john sir and told him that he had an headache,,and guess what he did-he put iodex on his head!well i do remember the old building in naxal too(opposite police headquters)our seniours used to really scare us by tellin some ghost stories,,anyways it was real fun guys(i still miss BVS)......to bad we dont have an alumuni

hello all..i am from bvs..97 batch.ya anand gurung is still going strong. it was nice to see the picture of our school..its been i really long time since i visited the school.why not start an alumni association..?

Yeah I remember every one of Them. how could i forget 7 yrs of my life at BVS. had lots of ups and downs. i loved it though.

not usmle its alumuni!but i hear bvs does not get as good results in the slc as we used to get!maybe we were smarter students hehe

pinky miss was too cool..she is still the most beautiful woman i have ever seen.lat heard she works for unhcr and has two kids but stiil looks the same.mr suman lama, the physics teacher..i remember him throwing duster at guys at last bench who were giggling during his class.he was a good teacher..still remebre his stern face.then about mr satish..who the guys in my class used to call chattish..he was very patient..even when we used to play games during his class.sunira miss was my class teacher when i was in 9 grade.she was good..his brither..i forget his name is now the vice principle of the3 school(i heard so..)

about me I went to bagmati school near your school , as far as I can remember, your school only had up to class 9 back then.

Pinky Miss, she seems to be favorite amongst a lot of us. Yeah i do remember her vividly. She joined school when we were in senior class and man weren't guys crazy about her.

But i would like to know where is Thapa Sir these days, last heard that he was in Biratnagar and that he was in damn bad shape. Guys remember Thapa Sir and his famous black cap (Until it flew when he was playing football exposing his bald head)

Ok John Sir was funny, no doubt! Anyone remember Ghale Sir, he used to share room with John Sir and also coached football.

And how about Pandey Sir? I hope only few would remember him as he was with the school in early years. Man he would have been the Principle if not for some incident that forced him to resign. He is running a Management College these days i hear.

Ojh Raj Sir had become a total drunk way back then. So he is still around! His nick was "Mandale"! Remember guys.

But the most striking image was that of the old school building. Man we were shit scared of that place. We had the dorms, classes and the whole admin. block in the same buidling. Does anyone recall the huge mirror hung on the first floor? And if anyone from the hostel, what about Kaki?

Few ones:

The basket ball court (In the old school)- The floor was laid with granite (?) and was so uneven that the ball would bounch unwanted directions. If u played there, rest assured, u could play in any court.

The football ground- Oh the famous Narayan Chour. The mud, the locals and the Well right next to the boundary line. And the Nan Pasal near Naag Pokhari. And how about the small ground (Felt it was international sized back then) outside the Dining Hall. How the balls used to fly into the corn fields next house!

The table tennis board- Infact there were three, one near the dyfunct old crumbling building near the gate (again the old school). Good hunt for smokers. And there were two in the hostel area. And how serious guys were in counting.

And the class rooms. We thought we had the tallest buildings. The yellow (Or was it pink)twin buildings that housed our class rooms.

yes hami u are definitely from hostel!i do remember the mirror in the second floor!gosh this building was haunted!even though no one saw a ghost the stories made u feel scary!and yes yes who could forget the the stealin of aarubokhra from the neighbourin houses,,i remember some guy droppin his slipper with his name on it!and the small intenational sized ground in the back door where we played our childhood soccer!and the rower pumps,,,i do remember thapa sir tryin to cut our hairs really short and all the guys wererunnin away from him!but thapa sir was a cool dude(i hear that he has become blind),,,,anyway our school had good soccer results(remember we had lost to galaxy in a fifa tournament)the semi final was held at maharjganj with ktm valley there was a huge fight!,,,,,,,,,abut gals of our school i still remeber quite a few but all i can say is that we had beautiful gals in our school including my batch and seniours and juniours!

I remember guys used to bribe Oj Raj with momos and chyang to get the question papers. Damn, they'd even look under his pillows and all that to see if it were there. Good times.
Tragicomic, we might be from same batch too cause I remember Satish Ojha so well. Used to be an alcoholic back then.
Hey anyone remember the fight between class 9 and class 10 back in '92? That was cause of a basketball match.

Yes i remember that famous fight! Basketball match between Team B of Class 10 and Class 9 team! And right after the lunch, we had chicken that day, all hell broke loose. The whole school was involved and man the situation was scary. And the mix up with Ram and Laxman Khadka was classic, if u guys remember.

I think Bista Sir works for some FM station in Ktm. He, in some ways did have an impression upon us. Maybe we were young minds and that explains. Remember his partner, Sudip sir. He was as skiny as anything. Bista Sir taought us maths right and how about Ganesh Sir, he used to teach science.

Hey Gorkha Doggm u said u're from Roshan Basneti's bacth. That's interesting. I am also from the same bacth.



And talking about football, man we had a good team. Saurya Thapa, Raj KC, Aseem Thapa, Sanjeev Pant, Sandeep Shrestha and others and the team really jelled together. Wish we could play again.

And how about Charge of the Light Brigade (Optional Eng.) classes and the horrible marking at St. Mary's which saw Punte's ego hurt so much that he started giving extra classes. "Frens, Romans and Countrymen"...remember anyone?

So Nepali Keto who do u think was prettist girl in BVS back then as u seem to have a good eye for that?

well hami bro i have a loota names yaar!dherai jana keti thiyo ni chuwak ta brihaspati ma!khoi back then anjali bhattrai was cute!,,well a lot others too dont wanna name em cos sab ko biha bhai sakyo hola hehe!and the thing about our maths teacher oj raj sir he was a hard core alcoholic!if he has been drinkin till now in the same rate as he used to drink when we were in school i think he should have cirrhosis by now!dherai tuat kane buda!and who could forget louise miss! she was hot (like when she used to come in ur study hrs in the boys hostel everybody was hittin on her)memories memories good memories!AND guys dont forget my batch the batch of 051 slc!IT WAS THIS BATCH THAT WON THE FIRST INTERCRICKET TOURNAMENT HELD IN NEPAL!we were good damn good in cricket!i still remeber the cricket team and the man of the series<<<
