Hi guys, Does anyone know what bsvirus is, its in my computer hehe... this error thing just pops up anytime: "bsVirus has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Is that the msn worm thing?

sounds like a word macro virus to me...here is what i would do: 1)Run LiveUpdate to make sure that you have the most recent virus definitions. 2)Start Norton AntiVirus (NAV), and run a full system scan, making sure that NAV is set to scan all files. 3) If any files are detected as infected by bs, click Repair. HTH
