When I open up the multiple windows (internet explorer), the very first one is disappeared from the screen. So I'm not able to open more than one window. What is this? Has anybody faced the type of problem before? Please help me to resolve this. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

It seems like you have spyware problem. Download adaware and spybot they are both free for personal use and can be downloaded from download.com. Also make sure you are using antivirus with the latest definition updates.

its internet explorer? not firefox or netscape for sure right? if so it could be java, see if java's running on the taskbar down at the right and the task manager as well and if it is, theres problem in the java, re-install it or google java problems.

Here are few tips try one at a time and see if that makes a difference:

1. To open another IE window use CTRL+N keys.(temp. solution)

2. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > Browse section > uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts."

3. Have you installed speech engine in MS word if yes unstall it.

4. Search for the file winshow.dll and delet it.

5.Use firefox instead of IE: http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox

have you tried right clicking on the taskbar and clicking on the properties and then unchecking on the "group similar taskbar buttons".
try it , it will solve your IE problem.

Open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab and under Browsing uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts", click Apply/OK.
