I see a only way out. Nepalese Supreme Court sould be given the power rule Nepal untill things settle down. They should make a law that if you want to be a member of parliament that you should have aleast completed " MASTERS" for god shake. Just be optimistic. We donot have alternative and should believe that norms of democracy will train all those drawbacks that were seen in the past. Just not take account of only 11 years, thik about the period Shah dynasty ruled some 250 years. Look to the ancient Kathmandu how it was when the Shahs came and how it is right now you know. Let the people govern with absolute power once and we can make mind about which system is right and wrong.
