I won't be suprised if she is ill or even seriously ill. She was born in August 1928 - two years younger than that eternal queen of the world, QEII - which makes her almost 80. That's a ripe age even for a hune-khane Nepali like her. I wish her the best (everyone's life is sacred and precious) even though I am not fond of her, her clan or her super-privileged position. Her contribution to Nepal, like her son Gyane and grandson Paras "Uday Hussein" Shah has been zero - I'd say negative. Although Nepalese celeberated "Bal Diwas" on her birthday, I don't think she did anything for the children of Nepal. It is ironic the way her own children turned out, Bire was nice but too soojho, Dhire was a # 1 gunda, and Gyane, we'll leave it as that.

The eventual death of queen mother like everyone else's is certain but if her death happens over the next few days, it could have significant political ramification in Nepal.
