When I was a child/teen I use to play games with my friends. Losing game use to be bothering but not as much as when my opponents lost and got upset. I can not see them being miserable, so always tried to cheer them up after wining the game. If I won I always gave credit to my luck so that they didn't feel inferrior.

Same is true for my study as well. If I get good grades than my friends, I can not enjoy them. Never could I enjoy the misery of anyone. No matter good one or bad one, if someone is miserable and you don't have compassion for him/her, you are certainly not in a good state of mind. Loving kindness is one of the best human quality to be acquired.


I have always been socked by King Gyanendra's activities and remained one of the hidden critics. I have never given him respect because I couldn't find any good human quality in him to greet my respect. However, when he got defeated, my heart got overwhimingly compassionate for him. I was millions of light years away from him when he had power. Now I feel pretty close to him. He must be in big agony, I wish I could talk to him and help cheering him up.

I don't think tomorrow we will remain kingdom because His Majesty hasn't done any humaniterian work to be loved by people. His Majesty hasn't have practiced any good qualities like donation, love , compassion, goodwill etc. You get fruit of your Karma. His arrogence and selfrightiousness will come to pay him.

There were many royalists but me when he was real royal. I will be the only one, unseen, unknown royalist when his crown falls. After all I am a friend of bad days only. The day he will start humaniterian work, the day he will start helping other without expecting anything in return, I will proud to be a new royalist. A royalist without royal.

Don't laugh to defeated one! Practice compassion!

I wish most of the people in this world could learn to be happy and share the feelings you can share. I am not even closer to your achivement as in spritiuality. I am on my way to it. I have realised that i have just germinated and have to protect myself. I have to give protection to myself till, I am fully grown upto tree. I will be then able to provide shelter to lot of animals including human being. I will be able to bring more people to share what I have?
As I was thinking of swami vivekananda great saying " If u want to change the world, change yourself first" " I dont hate sinner but I hate sin". I use think , I am great and different but today I doesnot exist's. We all came from the same house but we have forget our real home. In this present world of hatred since centuries the Higher power has always changed his form according to sitution and time.
He became Rama as the sitution needed. When the time Honesty was endangered. He came as Krishna when sitution asked to fight against millions of evil thought. The sitution asked for Buddha when people were getting confused with verstile and vast philosophy. He came as jesus when time need as per sitution to simplify the god's word. He came as Great prophet Mohammad when time asked for discipline to maintain the harmony. He came as Purushotam when time asked him for fighting against curropt kings and warriors.What is the difference between muhammad and Purushotam? what is the difference between Rama and krishan? What is the difference between christ and Buddha? They all came only for one reason to make ppl understand one thing one god which is dharma.
Today, we have sri sir ravi shanakar, pramamhansa dev, swami vivekananda, vikasananda and lot........to make ppl understand not to be blind devotee like Ram rather practise to be humanitarian. They are trying via Yog,meditation and Sat sanaga. We still are fighting for one reason that is to change the world and get ultimate happiness.
My frens just as vishu avatar said learn to to accept the ppl and practise compassion. Lets give empathy to each other. Lets change ourself first then u will see change in everyone slowlly. Today, my Karma yogi made me type, I thank to karma yogi(vishuavotar) who is trulely higher power for me today. I am charged up again due to this higher power for me today. Higher power comes and gives me sign to be myself and practise my Humilation, tolerance which helps me to realise " TOGETHER WE CAN NOT I CAN" I dont exist but WE does stays forever.

I have so many weaknesses to be called as Yogi. Besides that I would like to write something about Karma and Yogi since you told me a Karma Yogi

MM Ji let me tell you something about कर्म and योग.
Today we understand कर्म as a physical work, however, in spiritual world कर्म means action. And it is divided into three parts.

मानसिक कर्म – Mental action

वाचिक कर्म – Vocal action

कायिक कर्म – Physical action.

All these three are not completely independent at all. Mental action is the mother of Physical and Vocal actions. First thought arises in the mind which makes us to speak or to do. Mind is the origin of actions that's why mental action is more important than physical and vocal actions. This is the reason why in spiritual world mental action (volition) is more important than anything else.

Buddha said:

चेतसिकं अहं कम्मं बदामि भिक्खबे!

Oh Monks! If I said Action I mean mental action.

Indeed, real action is the mental action because it is the originator of actions!

Second word is Yoga. Today we understand Yoga as physical exercise, however, in spiritual world Yoga is completely a mental exercise. Today people consider Ashanas (postures) as Yoga, however, those Ashanas are just basic aids of Yoga.

Geeta says

समत्वं योग उच्चते!!

Yoga is to get established in equanimity.

Practicing equanimity is completely mental exercise.

There is no कर्म योगी and ज्ञान योगी because; if you define ज्ञान (wisdom) as a mental action and कर्म as a physical action, there will be no right physical action without wisdom.

ज्ञान योगी नै कर्म योगी हो किनकी ज्ञान बिना कर्म हुदैन। No wisdom, no wholesome physical action. योगलाई कर्म, भक्ति र ज्ञान मा बाड्न सकिदैन। All three makes Yoga. (let me not talk about Bhakti right now)

All I mean is योगी is a complete word. One who practices योग (equanimity) is a योगी.

SPA might think that they have achieved a LOT at present situation.. but with their last 12 years of Karma, their fate should be nowhere... so they should not cheer up at all. NOw SPA is behaving like a Dictator.. so are the Maoists. But one thing is sure, Maoists have got scared already by the people... they understood that they are not hardliner of Maoism or communism. That's imported notions on which they invested their whole lotta time of 12 years... and it's quite clear now that they want to harvest something out of that investment... therefore, they are in a hurry to come to the government and become Ministers from Monsters. But they will pay the price for their Karma as well. When change of time comes, it comes like a hurricane... and it will sweep them in a fraction of a moment.

Therefore, Nepal is still under the liquid situation. Anything can happen. But good thing is, King, SPA, Maoists, Police, RNA all have come to realize that PEOPLE are the mighty one. Of course poeple are the mighty one.... 90,000 army or 20,000 Maoists are nothing compared to 35,000,000 Nepalese.

For similar attitude like in your first paragraph, I had got a name घुसघुसे from my friends. They thought I wouldnot speak my heart but act to riducule them on their loss.

For the compassion part, I was recently told that I lack 'ego'.
