Special Court gives clean chit to former minister Khadka on draft charge

KATHMANDU, June 18 - The Special Court gave a clean chit to former Minister of Nepali Congress Khum Bahadur Khadka a clean chit in a corruption case filed against him by the Commission for Investigation of the Abuse of Authority (CIAA).

The CIAA had filed the case against Khadka accusing him of corruption in the Bakraha River Control project.

A special bench comprising chairman Bhupdhoj Adhikari, Chauladra Sumsher JBR and Komalnath Sharma gave the verdict.

Wonder what the SPA supporters are doing now with these type of happenings? What happen to those people who participated in Janaandolan II, did they take all that risks to free Khum Bahadur Khadka chor?

During Jana-Andolan, people didnt let several corrupted politicians join them in the street. I think that's the only way left for us to single-out these good-for-nothing politicians.
