This is the first time I am hearing that EB3-2 other worker catagory can be sponsored in H1 visa. I always think H1 is for the professional position having bachelor degree. Something must have been changed in few hours that I am not aware of.

Yeah, you can get Green Card via sponsorship. Read my post again, I said about H1 sponsor. I don' tthink anyone can be sponsored in H1 for the COOK position.

You are right Indira Gandhi, but if one have a bachelors degree in hotel management then one can sponsor as a chef/manager. And if you dont have a bachelor's degree, one can always try on EB category.

I guess you had a bad experience Mike, and I am sorry for that. But dont you think that generalizing and looking the world with the stained glass is a bit too much. I am posting here for help wanted as a chef, if one is not interested in sponsorship, that is ok. It is an optional and would not make any difference in the job offer.
