working with google company like online JOb hahah, Do you mean you are using the Google Adsense. That does not mean you are Working WITH google, that means you are using Google's Adsense to generate some money. The Best way to Promote your blog would be to make it authentic, give some service which not a lot of sites do. Com to places like Sajha and advertise ( not in a ill manner) but in a sincere way. Make your websites as signatures in forums. . .
