Hello All, I am trying to change my insurance from AAA to Geico or progressive. Does any one know how good are they? All of sudden AAA raised my premium due to one of my speeding ticket last year when the time come to renew it. I have a clean driving records since 8 years and that's the one one violation in my history. So, thinking to change the policy towards Geico or progressive. Or if you think, you know the better insurance company, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

In some states Geico policy is not accepted one of them is MA. From montly premium point of view Gieco is the best.

gieco and progressive are the best.. but for some reason they raised my premium after one sppeding ticket as well..and i switched to AAA the lasgets insurance provider in the states. see the point here is insurance company have their own set of rules while adjusting the premium so its always wise to shop around.. you would definately get good deals .. and lower then AAA. i've been both with geico and progressive their costumer service is excellent they take quick care of your claims and take care of you after that.. i'd say shop around.. you would get the best deal.

Progressive has the best customer service. Also, they lowered the rate this year. One of my friends six-month premium went down to 500 from 800. You should definitely call them or get quote online. NA

Former Geico customer, Geico raised my premium just because I moved closer to city area. I have excellent credit history + driving record, even then premium went up. Switched to 21st century insurance (21st.com). 21st is really cheaper than Geico or Progressive and customer service is also better.

FROM 21st.com I got this error when I tried to get quote for 68154 Thanks for visiting our site for an insurance quote! Although we are growing by leaps and bounds, we have not yet made it to your state. Look for us very soon and in the meantime, we recommend getting a quote from one of the distinguished insurance providers below.

Geico Sucks big time. They cancelled my policy without telling me. Try Nationwide. They gave me better rate than State Farm or Progressive. www.nationwide.com

Definitely your rate depends upon your driving record, credit history and lots and lots of factors. I have Progressive policy and their customer service is really nice. For me Geico rate is high. If you have 5 years clean driving history then I think Geico will give you better rate else Progressive is good. If you even want better rate from Progressive, goto Progressive local agent. Progressive direct from website or phone is higher than Progressive Agent.
