Hi himalaya r It is pretty starightforward procedure, if you check CIC.gc.ca. There many people in sajha can also help you. There are also good informations in trackitt.com which was posted one of sajha colligue while ago. If you really think you need layer call this guy. His name is sumeet sen. His no is 416-289-0341. And tell him nepali guy from scarborough give his no. I heard he is very good. Good luck
