 अमेरिका जाने चिठ्ठा डीभी परेर पनि अमेरिकाको भिसा नपाइएको र बेफ्वाँकमा पैसा गुमाउनु परेको भन्दै क्षतिपूर्ति माग्दै डीभी पीडितहरुले गरेको आन्दोलन बीचमा केही सेलाएको भए पनि आइतबारदेखि फेरि चर्किएको छ। मोरिआर्टी राजदूत हुँदा बल्लतल्ल थामथुम पारिएको थियो डीभीपीडितवालाहरुलाई -तिमीहरुको केस रिभ्यु गर्छौँ भनी। डीभीपीडितवालाहरु पनि मख्ख भए। अनि सडकमा टायर समेत जलाउन थालिसकेका डीभी आन्दोलनकारीहरु चुप लागेका थिए। तर अहिलेसम्म केही पनि भएन भन्दै उनीहरु फेरि आन्दोलनका लागि जुर्मुराएका हुन्। उनीहरुले आइतबार परराष्ट्र मन्त्रालयमा धर्ना दिएका थिए भने सोमबारदेखि अमेरिकी राजदूतावासमा अनिश्चितकालीन धर्ना बस्ने भएका छन्। त्यसो त उनीहरुले आफूहरु अमेरिका पस्नका लागि आन्दोलन गरेका हैनौ, सामाजिक न्यायका लागि आन्दोलन गरेका हौँ भन्ने गर्छन्। तर यो डीभीपीडितहरुको संघको लोगो हेर्दा चाहिँ कहिले अमेरिका जान पाउँला भनेर बसिरहेको झैँ देखियो। हेर्नुस् न- लोगोमा एउटा मान्छेले शानसँग एउटा हातमा नेपालको झण्डा र अर्को हातमा अमेरिकाको झण्डा समातिरहेको छ गाँठे !
अमेरिकाले डीभी चिठ्ठा खुला गरेका त्यत्रा देशहरुमध्ये यस्तो आन्दोलन शायद नेपालमा मात्र सुरु भएको छ। यो मानेमा पनि हामी नेपालीहरुले अमेरिकालाई जिल्लाएका हुन सक्छौँ।
 
डीभीपीडितहरुको बारेमा चासो लागेर यसो खोजिनीति गर्दा उनीहरुले आफ्नो कुरा विश्वमा फैलाउन वेबसाइट समेत खोलेको जानकारी पाएँ। के लेखेका रहेछन् त उनीहरुले त्यो वेबसाइटमा भनी हेरेको त दिमाग घुमायो। रामराम, केही बुझ्या भए मरिजाउँ। हेर्नुस् न, अमेरिकी दूतावासले दिनुपर्ने जवाफ शीर्षकमा राखिएको यो बूँदालाई
d. American Embassy is situated by Nepali land but Embassy should know that how many annual income of Nepali of developing country like Nepal? What do that man do to eat if tasty food shall be kept in front of him by tieing 4 hands and feet the person not eaten for 5/7 days? That should be evaluated. While talking about human right, by any activity blazed his social honour, what is the meaning to prior thinking?

Loss mental pain and social honor:- All selected (डीभीले यति गरेछ कि मेन्टल पेन नै लस भएछ)
Loss employment:- 73 persons
कहिलेकाहीँ सही अनुवाद गर्दा पनि यस्तो हाँसोउठ्दो परिणाम आउन सक्छ। जस्तै एक पटक एक जना साथीले 7 Years Old लाई नेपालीमा अनुवाद गर्दा सात वर्षका वृद्ध भनेर गरेको थियो।

USA is known the country to lobby more in the subject of democracy and human rights, It has created the situation of house, hand-less, social frustration and family separation to thousands people of Nepal at present in the form of D.V lottery, Though it is requested time to time to concerning to body to stop activities done suppressed types of natural right a human, It is not heard but the work has been made speed. By the harrased thinking tommorow by expanding the condition of small thinking of today. So, by the objectives to exit it time and aware towards sad work, We hareby pay attention in regarding to surrounding program in ahead of American Embassy started keeping demand of 5 threaded.
As, in regarding peaceful program for justice demand for maximum person victimized in the neme of American D.V Lottery, The American Embassy had not shown any interest, by not being honest seriously towards Nepal and Nepali, Not showing interest in the work happened natural benifit and human right suppressed of maximum Nepalese, therefore, general victims are seemed unitary in the matter of being part of harassed condition may be happened in the following days because of the Embassy. So, it is hereby requested for necessary help immediately for the exit of picketing program held for the appropriate demands.
Answers to be given by american Embassy

A. It is said in the letter of second step sent by KCC to you, The Embassy or consulate will infrom you if your case cannot be acceptable for processing, But why not done that type of behaviour with us?

i am not trying to offend you guys but isn't it a part of our mistake too? i heard that it's clearly stated on dv letter that you should not apply until and unless you are qualified. Therfore, people shoulg understand the terms and conditions nor try to fake their real qualification to achieve their false drem.

I think these people are Nepali Too, Yes they are little educated and you can say that by looking at their writing,
And as for my thought on the matter, I can only laugh at their foolishness. The criteria for qualifying for a Visa is clearly stated in the documents. Most of these people are disqualified because they've lied about their education (2 yrs of education or special training after SLC is required) People think that they can apply for visa just by making fake documents, and pay a lot of money as application fee.
Now they don't get Visa and loose all the money they have. ( Application Fee for DV Visa is a lot).
Now they go out in the streets to protest demanding they get refund.
That's foolishness, and we can't judge the people who are in the states through DV program as being like them.
But one thing i would like to suggest is that I really don't appreciate the way you are trying to differentiate Nepalis in the States by dividing them into Different community like DV, F1, H1, Illegals, etc....
It sounds more degraded than people dividing Nepali into communities like Newars, Bahuns/chettri, Rai/limbu, etc..
We all should be one community, regardless of how we were able to get into the USA.

nepali people back home think it's so easy to influence USA with their wrong and fraud application. If you're not qualified, SOURCE and FORCE will not work. We blame other for our own mistake. Somebody need to tell these people and stop wasting their time rallying around some thug NETHAs organizing these protests.

What next? Protest infront of US embassy for our poverty and blame them everything on them?
