could anyone suggest me the procedure to download the clip from youtube?

yup, here's what you do, when the download is finished and installed, you open up the program and click 'convert youtube video to IPOD format' then continue then put the youtube video URL on the first box and browse the destination in your computer on the second box then convert, then when it's done, you go to that destination folder and it should be there, i believe it plays on all players, but i'm not sure maybe just real player, OH wait itunes, so yeah goodluck.

Yes, the software that aznshawty suggested is a good one and it's FREE!! I have been using that for a long time to download music for my iPod. There are different versions of the software depending on your need - whether you want to download the video or just the audio. There is one that lets you download the video directly to iTunes-compatible format (mp4).
