oh yeah, here in houston, there are dhotis who rent cars for 300 ho ki 500 per mnth plus insurance, so give it a thought.

Thanks tech dude. I am open to that option. But it will cost me around 500 bucks total/ per month for a renting car (including insurance+fuel). I can't go out of my town for some reason and there is no public transportation here.
