Amazing,

Try this one. Easy and different taste

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast-2 Boneless and skinless

Yogurt-Drained 1 cup (you can drain the excess water from regular yogurt. Alternately, drained yogurt is available in supermarket)

Red Pepper, Green Pepper(bhede khursani)- 1

Onion-2 large

tanduri chicken masala- (My fav. is Saan's tunduri chicken masal)-2 TBS

Salt and peper-1 TBS salt and 1/2 tbs red peper powder

Method:

Wash chicken and absorb the excessive water by paper towel or cloth. Make sure u absorb all excess water. Cut chicken in cubes (thikka thikka ko). Cut onion and pepper in large piece too. In one bowl, mix yogurt (drained one), tanduri masala, salt, and pepper. Mix carefully. Mix chicken, onion, pepper and mix it . (just 3 min samma musi rahane k). Then leave it in refrigerator for 2 hours.  If you want kebab style, Uffff no English word coming inside my head. Ok I hope you will undersatnd त्यो काठ को झिर हुन्छ नि बाटो कवफ बनएुने , dollar store पाईन्छ , तेस्मा उन्ने के . Set you oven in broil and temperature should be high. Broil it for 15 mins. Flip it around and again broil for 10 mins. Enjoy you Kebab

P.S This is not my recipe. I Google it before for I cannot find right now. Nice and easy. Try it.

The chopsuey served in Kathmandu´s restaurants is so diff  and tastes so much better than what I have eaten here, I have tried makin it ktm style but always turned out to be a disaster. How do u make the famous American and Chinese chopsuey, anybody? Thanks Siju panta for the chiken tandoori, I actually tried with same ingredients and all but instead of broiling the meat, i fried in a pan after marinating it, so it was kinda burnt, maybe coz of the yogurt, next time, iam gonna try yr recipe.

There's a misunderstanding about grilling that it take time. Yes, it does if you do the conventional way. Using self igniting charcoal makes the world different how much time you want to spent at the grill.

Marinate your meat, veges in the morning before you go to work. After you come back, throw in those self igniting charcoal, throw in a match, it lights up. NO BLOWING, NO need to pour gas fluid. Come back to it after a while and the charcoal are red hot. Throw in your meat and the veggies.

Grilling can be tedious or simple. You pick.

u can make a lot of different things with ramen noodles

http://www.geocities.com/joydoctor2001/Ramen.html

some egs are

RAMEN EGGS
In a skillet scramble 4 eggs in butter. In a saucepan cook 2 pkg. Ramen Noodles in water for 5 minutes then drain.
Add the cooked Ramen to the cooked eggs, along with the flavor packets. Stir in 1 cup frozen English Peas, and 1 package cooked honey ham cut into bite-sized pieces. Heat and serve.
You could stir in different cooked meats, cooked chicken, or add cooked seafood, as well as other vegetables and change flavors of Ramen to make a variety of this recipe.

  RAMEN CHICKEN ALFREDO
Cook 1 pkg. Ramen. Drain. Add 1/2 cup Alfredo Sauce and the flavor pkt. Mix well. Add 1 small can cooked chicken. Heat. Serve.
