What are the largest and smallest 5-digit numbers that satisfy the following conditions?
- Each digit of the number is a prime number.
- Each successive pair of digits forms a 2-digit number that is NOT a prime number.
- Each of the prime digits must appear at least once in the 5-digit number.
Note: I don't care either it is calculation problem or programming. I just know it uses knowledge of basic mathematics.

Chintamani, you have 23 and 53 on your lowest and largest numbers respectively, which are prime numbers.

If I have understood the conditions correctly, the numbers satisfying all the three conditions should be: Largest: 35127 Smallest: 32751

If 1 is not considered Prime number, then there is no solution to the question because there are only 4 prime numbers with single digit (2, 3, 5 and 7) and one of the condition is: "Each successive pair of digits forms a 2-digit number that is NOT a prime number", so prime number with 2-digits can't used at all.

Parbatya is correct as usual. The clue for solution is: 1. 3 should be the first digit otherwise we will get 2 digit numbers as prime (23, 53, 73) 2. With 3 in the beginning, 7 can not be 2nd digit as 37 is prime. Rest you can add...
