Base on my business experience, I would like to suggest you to think about  food business.No matter how bad situation is,  food is the main and  most important for everyone.Your target should be at American people . I mean American food, Italian food....... etc that they are able to eat everyday .Japanese food, Chinese food, Indian food ,Nepalese food..... are not eaten everyday. Onece a while , right?Please do not expect the Asian people. As you know ,we are cheap.

Gas station- sabai bhanda uttam. 10 baje bihan kholne, rati 10 baje banda garne, afai kaam garne, cooler haru bharna ko lagi 4-5 ghanta ko lagi mexa rakhne, sunday close garne. dherai lobh nagarne, sayad eso garda dherai ananda hola. maile kholna paune bhaye ta ma esai garthe hola. aphno maan ko kura pokheko matra. kasailai chitta nabhujhe narisaune hai.

$ Dollar store kholda ke hola ? Investment pani thorai risk pani kam... I don't think Gas Station is not bad. If u won't get good gas station think about $store and keep many food and many items so many people can be captivated for long run bzness.

Gas station is good. Liquor stores is also good .
The investment is great too.The major thing is how much you can effort to purchase the business.
The greater the investment, better the profit.
If you wish to start the business , you should start from small business. Food business is good to start.
I have an Italian Restaurant .I am making good profit that means my take home money is $8000-9000/month .
Anually actual profit's $96.000 . which is  O.K. for me
I purchased mid of 2007. Operating hours is 10:00a.m to 10:00 p.m .
The investment is not big that I could effort to purchase.This came from my Loan .
I am happy with my restaurant .I wish our Nepalese people to think about this business.

I purchased my restaurent $160 K.It was a running  operating business .Due to the current economic situation, it worths only $130K.I am making good money. This is  the very very best time to buy business and house. This is not the time to sell house and business.Instead of buying house , I wish to suggest our nepali brothers and sisters to buy a small business.It is really a money plant .You will get the sweet fruits. I am not trying to degrade but the low price stores (dollar trees) are making money.

Wal-Mart sells for less and it's earnings are up every quarters.
