we will smoke till our nicotine craving is gone ...means even if we smoke menthols, or lights cigarette ..we probably would be smoking them more ........so i think smoke less cigarettes as much as possible......i rather smoke a marlboro reds 3 times a day, (when i wake up, after lunch, after dinner) than smoke 10 marlboro lights...
