I'm not taking it towards politics. Either biren killed or maoist killed somebody's son or daugther was lost. If people can raise voice against biren then why are they quite when moaist kill? why people did not get emotional with killing of 12000+ nepalese, why just khyati?my only point was people can beat up single man like biren who is in police hand because they know biren can do nth now. they can not do single thing to people who are like biren and killing others every day.

The difference is, Biren doesnt have anyone willing to defend him and Maoists have 40% of Nepal's population to defend their criminal act. Also there is a difference between political crime and just crime committed by an individual. Just like Nepali Congress got away with Robbing banks and Hijacking Planes, and just like UML chopped people's head the same way Maoists will get away with their crimes.

But the point is that Khyati's issue is personal and do not politicise it for your benefit.

for you information frens, I know this biren from AVM. he is the most hated teacher in AVM and I hate him since 10 years or so. I'm not defending him, I'm trying to bring one point. Why dont you create another thread for punishing Bank Robber/Plane Hijacker Girija, Head Choppers Jale...and Murderous prachande bashing . But dont use Khyati's case for your political agenda.

Create another thread and discuss how Prachanda, Girija, and Makune should be punished and do not try to bank on your political views with some ones tragedy.

The biggest beneficiary of impunity is Gyanendra Shah. It is a well known fact that he killed his brother and his family. Unless this murderer is punished, there will be many more murders as people will continue to believe that violence will be tolerated if not rewarded. Let us unite to punish the criminal Gyanendra and his son.

What you want to prove? Please feel the sentiments and every thing is situational. It seems like you are laughing in this case and trying to support Biren. I don't know how to punish Biren but people just show their "Grina" to that Narapisach" That is what they do, but please don't mix these sentiments, this is emotional to everyone. It is not good to punish by themselves but that is one extremity of life and they want to show.
