I was once told by a friend of mine that he got embarrassed when he came across other Nepalese listening to Nepali songs while driving. What kind of muppetery is this? You feel embarrassed because you see another Nepali guy listening to "his" song?!

I was watching Anderson Cooper in CNN. They were talking about anti americanism about Amanda Knox case being heard in Italy. Why they think Italy court system has anti-americanism?

Why American media won't let it take it course in Italy? These Americans are defending their people even if they involve in very serious crime like a murder. At least, Nepali media is not defending this Joshi guy when they could mention that he could have bought the ticket on his own. They are going along with the American version of what this Joshi did.

Compare these two cases guys, you will find American are hypocrats.

Elixir, Did you write an email to Nepalese media and journalist what you have just said on Sajha? I bet you have not. Do you have a plan to write one? You might be guessing.  Its simple. SIS, I was simply pointing out the hypocracy in American people and media. I do not plan to write Nepali media. I do not want them to write in favor of this guy anyway. Even if I write them, nothing is going to change. I can not correct Nepali media or Nepali journalism.

What I was pointing out is that American media (people) is (are) defending a person who is charged in a murder case while this Nepali guy is not even getting a benefit of doubt for a less severe crime. As you have pointed out, the bail amount in Pankaj case and Madoff case tells you the height of hypocracy in Americans. I am not here to defend this Pankaj. Based on the published accounts on what he did, he does not deserve our supports. However, I clearly see that his crime is less severe than that of Amanda Knox.
