Dear All,

If i go to another company eligible for transfer H1B VISA, do they have to start all over again or does it carry on from how many years of H1B i have used at the first employer. Does the same logic apply for one who has his Green Card processed. My first employer has already filed for labor certification.

H1b will be for new 3 yrs.
Have to file new labor.

I am also in the same boat. I used my 2.5 yrs H1B & just got my H1b transfered to a new company . Sometime they will not change the expiration date on it & I think it  depends on how much time you spent on the H1B.
