Anyone from around Temple University, PA? I will be moving in there shortly and have no clue where to look for apartments.
i)Are there good areas and bad areas in the city?
ii)I am looking for a room/apartment (either 2 bdrm to share with someone or a single bdrm). I am female and only looking for a female preferably as a roommate. But any suggestions/information from guys are more than welcome : )

I am in Philadelphia PA. I am moving out from 2 bed apartment in September so if you looking from that time than you can occupy this space. Its not too far from Temple University.

If you want just one bedroom than my landlord got one room and share the kitchen and living room with them for $400 including  utilities.  I am paying $750 per month here and this place is 10-15 min driving distance from temple university. Let me know if you need further information.

My job is little far from here so I am thinking of moving to near by my work place but I might stay here too  if I can find one person . i am paying $750 for two bedrooms.
