Can we apply for H1 if we are working in a gas station???? I know it sounds weird but I think I've read it somewhere in sajha somebody applying for H1 and he got it, not sure though. What if it's under a corporation.....any chances????

Yes...you can one of my friend did it through Liquor Store...Make sure u have evidence to prove that the position you apply for needed Bachelor Degree...!!!

Yes you can, if the owner makes more then certain threshold and pays you more then whats needed by the the the department of labor then they can sponsor you as an accountant (not a gas station attendant for sure). Talk to a non-dhoti immigration attorney for more details.
