Can Anyone tell me Which car to buy..i am looking for a cheap second hand car but which will be reliable

hey dude. buying cars depends on the milages, condition of the car, model, make, and how smooth is the engine. if the car has any physical damage  , then it should cost cheaper, i never recommend  anyone to buy american cars, coz they sucks, i had bought japanese cars its runs so good and no problem. always buy  japanese car for realiability, i prefer, honda or toyota most and second most, is nissan,  . don't try to buy other japanese cars, coz most of the japanese cars built after 1995 are american made such as mitusubishi, madza, . even these name are japanese but the engine are american coz american companies have bought those company from japan, some of the american cars are good too. but american car depends upon your luck. some cars of the same model and same make are good and some of the same kind are bad, but all honda and toyota are made same function. 

Someone is selling 2006  Lancer ES 84K for 3900 and I am bargaining for 3000 which needs clutch change soon and it will cost around 300 dollars.

Runs Excellent
Tires are in good shape
I have the title in hand
Interior is in good shape

Can Be driven  as is but it will need a clutch in the near future 

Should I buy for 3300? Suggestion!
