And tyo NABIL bank ma date lina jada what are the documents that needs to be submitted. And tyo NABIL bank janu bhanda agadi do we also need to fill out that online form from embassy website and take to NABIL bank.

And what are the documents required fro H4.

Thanks you very much for valuable suggestion.

here this is what i Did...

1. i send email to Embassy -

Hello and Namaste,

I am coming to Nepal next week for my H1-B Visa Stamping. Currently, I am working for a client - XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, and my presence here is very critical as we are in the phase of production move in early March. I just have over 2 weeks of vacation. I am an employee of XXXXXXXXXX, Inc. I have attached a copy of my H1-B approval.

Is there a way I can get an interview date over a web or even on the phone for my H1-B visa? I looked the embassy website, but was unable to find any useful resources. Also, if you could please forward this to necessary personal/department to update my information on the system to expedite the process. Is there anything that I could do on my part to make the process smooth and less time consuming?

Please feel free to contact for any further information or concerns. Your timely and helpful reply is highly appreciated. Thank you.

 2. Theirs Reply--

Dear Mr. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Thank you for your email and the I-797 you provided. We have verified your record in the PIMS; you are good to apply at Nabil Bank. Unfortunately, we do not accept on-line or over-the-phone application. Currently, our wait-time for an interview appointment is about 2 days.

We suggest that you to apply for an appointment as early as possible, and if you have any problems with the schedule given by Nabil Bank, please email us and we will be happy to assist.

Best regards,

Stupida, hats off to your insights and help on this issue.

Were/Are you a contractual employee(consultant employee) at that time?

If you were, can you explain how much risk it is and what other docs are needed?

Thanks
