Lol before deciding make sure your company won't go through issues after few months regarding staffs . Few years back my cousin started a business in Nepal from US . 14 employes were selected to start up and company did well for 8months then staffs started asking for Salary increasing every months once they found out the owner is running company from US .
Make sure you have atleast 5-6 trustable staffs within your company in Nepal so later you won't have to regret that you invested alot over it .
