I have a question:

I have Traveller Cheque  made some years ago. Now, I need to change it cash and stamp it U$$ 2000 in passport in order to carry U$$ aboard.

Do I have to pay double commission to bank or are they ready to give me US dollar and stamp on passport?

 as of my knowlegde, banks takes commission when they make TC for you. But since you already have one, there should be no commission for cashing it... coz it' pretty much like a cash... which work only for you..

YOU DONT NEED NO STAMP TO CARRY IT ABROAD....JUST BRING THE CHEQUE AND CASH IT HERE

 Yup, as Dhiraj says, just use TC like it is cash.  You can use it almost anywhere abroad.

Questions like this, I simply ask the bank. I think that's where you will get your answer w/o any shadow of doubt.

However, when I come out of the airport I need to pay taxi a cash, also to buy some food once I arrive new place.This is reason why I am trying to change TC because of airport regulation that I will not be able to carry more than 2000 U$$ including cash and TC. If I have all TC, then I will be shortage of cash to pay taxi at instant.

 you can cash it right in the airport terminal once you are out of security check, dont need to change it
