 Here's what I would do to improve your marketing. 

Have a central contact point like:

FOR QUESTIONS CALL 1800-NLAST-KISS or email us at customerservice@lastkissthemovie.com

And from there use your poeple to sort out calls/emails according to their origin. Might save you the hassle of getting these people unknowingly signed up for delicious spam mail later in the future.

Also, too many options could confuse your target audience.

If you spend 100Gold pieces making your movie, spending an additional 10G for marketing would give you deeper reach into the public. Take Loot's example. I can't comment on how satisfying the storyline is going to be, but their marketing and advertisement deserves credit! Seems they've already gotten back the monetary investment they put into the making of the movie.
