Hello guys,
I need some suggestions. Finally my employer agreed to file H1B for me. However I do not have much idea about H1B. My OPT ends on July 19 and now i need to find an immigration lawyer. My company has their own attorney but he doesn't handle anything relating to immigration. My employer doesn’t even know about H1B coz they never did before and so I had to explain to them. So, would you guys pls give me some suggestions for good immigration lawyer and how much they usually cost? Right now I am working 2 jobs and will I be able to work for my other job while I am filing H1B and after it gets approved till my OPT expires? I am located around Dallas, TX.
Thanks….

Thapar20,
from your previous posts i guessed you work in nursing as RN right ?
Well as far as i know nursing (RN) doesn't qualify for H1B. Just google it you will find the answer.
It doesn't matter if your employer willing to file for your H1B but it is the USCIS who determine who can file.
So I suggest you to find grad school before it is too later
Good luck
