Folks, I am planning to join a graduate school which offers online as well as in school classes, as I am on H1 and currently working on client site, I can only take online classes. My question is, does USCIS accept graduate degree earned online for finling labor in eb2 category?
Please suggest
Thanks!

Yes, you could. Online classes or Distance education whatever you do, that will count as your education and USCIS also recognized that for your EB2 filing.
