I am going to Nepal. I have 6 months lease remaining with my current renter. If you know someone who is looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in Arlington VA in a very convenient location, please convey this message. The rent is $1200 including all utilities. It is a hard wood floor, renovated with lots of amenities in a high rise. 

The rent at the same place for 1 bedroom is $1350. I got a deal and owner is very nice. The owner has not visited me once so far.

Are you just going for a short time or forever? If you going and not returning think twice. Just my $0.02!!

Two or three people can share this condominium too. Area is very safe. you can walk 24/7. Lots of shopping center within 5- 15 mins wal.

she clearly says "I have 6 months lease remaining with my current renter." That means she is subleasing , but she is not saying she will own back the place. She is free from the landlord after 6 months.

As I said above Transfer the lease. I want to transfer the lease from my name to whoever wants to rent it till the lease expires. That person can continue the lease form the owner if they like the place.

if you are not returning why are you worried about the lease, the lease history won't affect you in Nepal.
btw this is not advice.

From my understanding, she's returning home and doesn't wanna pay rent for the remainder of her lease term. Let me know if I can simplify it more.
