Did anyone with out of status applied for TPS. I applied and one application says New Card is Being produced and the other application(I 821) status says Finger Print fee was received on July 8.

I called the USCIS and they said, even though the i 765 says card is being produced, it is still not going to be valid if I 821 is denied.

I have exactly the same status as urs.
No alternative to being hopefull.

I think Nebraska center is slow, is your application being processed in nebraska too

Of course if TPS is denied, EAD will be automatically invalid. However, it's very unlikely that your TPS will be involved. You have to get involved in certain crimes to have your TPS denied. So don't worry and enjoy the ride.

I don't know why they say like that. Most of the time EAD comes before the TPS.

Unless you are a criminal you should be approved , Dhilo or chado.
TPS is actually meant for people like you who doesn't have a status so wait on it.

If you are out of status and tps gets approved,are there any options to change to F1 or any other status before tps expires.

It is almost impossible, but each case is different so find a good lawyer who can work on it. Good Luck.

USCIS is simply saying that you can start using ur EAD which is valid frm the moment u receive it but in case i821 is denied, EAD will be invalid frm that moment.

Did Haiti people get Green card through tps...if true then why only for people from Haiti?

I dont think people from Haiti got green card. But i think you can apply for the upcoming DV lottery, if everything gets finalized by the end of TPS end date.
