Can TPS holder with travel document visit countries besides Nepal? I am planning to visit UK & Canada for vacation. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

TPS Travel document ensures u will be allowed to enter US when u return. Thats its sole and only purpose, ie. the bearer will be paroled into US, hence the name Advance Parole.
Its ur responsibility to procure a visa to the countries u r visiting. If u can get visa to those countries, then yes you can visit them.

Bottom line: u need a document to enter a country. Ur AP document will allow u to enter US when u return. But u need a document to enter the country u r visiting, like a visa, unless u r visiting countries that waive visas to nepalese citizens, like india.

Having said that, unless u have some other forms of status like F1, H1, ur chances of getting a visa to canada and uk is zero.

There are more than 20 senators who says will not vote if they don’t attach immigration reform in this reconciliation package. My 7th sense still says some kind of door will definately open to all hard working immigrants who have risk their life to save millions of Americans during pandemic.
