I know a friend of mine. He has almost everything a woman dream in a guy.
He is tall (6ft) ,handsome, intelligent (publishs article in magazine), highly
eductaed (MBA , GPA =4.0), has atheletic body ( 6 pack abs) and earns close to 6 figure salary.
His only problem is he was married to a wrong girl and divorced now. He is trying remarry and he wants a nepali girl. He shared some of the things he encountered during his bride search in nepal.
He says most of the girls do not even wanna know him more once they know he is divorced and it seems that society is still pretty conservative this regards.

I am wondering what a girl's prospective would be regarding marrying a divorced guy ?

I wanna know some comments from girls in sajha..

If common sense were "common", everyone would possess it.

An openminded girl/woman would surely consider him IFF (bi-conditional logic here) he does not come across as "desperately seeking" a wife. Ask him to start with friendship where empathy and trust builds up. His "assets" and his physic should not be the criteria for attracting females, his personality should. At this point, it would take a friendship to build that up.

50 % of american get divorced I do not think there is anything wrong with them. Divorce can happen because of many reasons.

Meera, Ya right!!! That sounds more like a last resort. As you grow older and you don't seem to find a perfect match (in a sense someone who is as much educated as you are and kind of couple of years younger/older than you, bit taller than you) in a right time (like when you are in 20's), then you'd go for anything. That's the truth. But if it is the right time when you are young, and you can make choices about your life partner, you won't go for anyone with the qualities you have mentioned above... unless there is some benifit involved. (Like Anna Nicole Smith didn't marry that 90 year old man for lop) right? About you-needed-to-be-loped, it's more give and take, you gotta lop someone to get lop right? Every human being is more or less capable of lopin' (well ignoring arrogance, egos etc.)

Karki jyu, You wanna know some comments from girls. Being a guy I don't think I should be answering the question you have asked. But, if you need a guy's opinion, here is how I think about it, if someone asked me if I'd marry a divorced woman some five years ago, my answer would be no. Why? I don't know. But now, things have changed, I'm more matured than I was 5 years ago, I see things differently now. If you ask me the same question 5 years down the road, I might nod my head much easily than the way i'd do now.

Baru, a suggestion to your friend, tell him to approach some matured lady. :D:D... It's not only nepali society, even in US let's say you are a guy of 35 and you go approach some SINGLE girl below 21, chances are, you might get rejected more often than the girl who is above 25.

Yo rajesh_karki. i used to have small nepali size 6inch. now i been taking this patch its cool. it already increased my size to 7.

Why the heck do you want to get married into the culture that despises your special circumstances which might not be entirely your fault (as there are always two sides to an every story).

When Britney Spears can marry a guy who already had a child then why the heck do you feel compelled to marry into that same culture with a difficult kind of mindset which is going totally against your culture.
